O que o intercâmbio tem significado para você?

Para mim, o tempo de intercâmbio tem significado uma oportunidade de poder aprender como podemos participar da vida comunitária de diferentes maneiras, que praticar atividades diferentes e em horários diferentes pode ser bom. Poder mostrar o meu país e a igreja luterana em meu país para as pessoas foi uma experiência muito gratificante. Sempre há algo que você possa aprender, até mesmo sobre o seu próprio país, especialmente no caso do Brasil, por ser tão grande geograficamente. É muito interessante tentar ver o mundo sob outro prisma, tentar não pensar somente como você em sua sociedade. Mas, colocar-se no lugar de outras pessoas em outros países, entender por que nos outros lugares eles têm estes e aqueles costumes. Também tem significado mais auto conhecimento, ser mais paciente e tolerante com as diferenças.

What the exchange time has meant for you?

For me, the exchange time has meant a very good opportunity to learn how we can take part of the communitary life in different ways, practicing different activities at different times can be good. I showed my country and the Luteran Church in my country to many people, it was a very grateful experience, it was a honor for me. There are always things that you can learn, even about your own country, especially in Brazil case, because it is a big country  geografically. It is very interesting when you try to see the world from another perspective, you try not to think about you in your society. But, you put yourself in the place of other people in other countries, understanding why in other countries they have these and those customs. It also has meant to know more about myself, to be more pacient and tolerant with the differences.
